Scallops in Garlic Butter with Grilled Ceasar Salad

  • I’ve never cooked Scallops before
  • I’ve never grilled lettuce before
  • Both turned out wonderful

It was much easier than I thought, melt butter, add some minced garlic. When you can smell it, add the scallops. Cook until you see the golden bits start up the sides. Flip them. About 5-6 mintues total. As for the lettuce, just grill it until it’s charred to your liking.

This meal was an improv win.
